Huddle With a Purpose: Mentorship Beyond the Game

HumanFirst Foundation’s Huddle with a Purpose initiative brings mentorship and leadership conversations directly into Cleveland communities.

Led by Quinshon Judkins, this initiative creates intentional space for youth to engage in dialogue around discipline, accountability, teamwork, and personal growth, both on and off the field.

During Huddle with a Purpose session, young participants engage in meaningful conversations centered on goal setting, education, and resilience. The initiative reinforces the idea that leadership extends beyond athletics and into everyday decision-making.
